Principal
Jason D. Waxler began his career as a Eurodollar and Fed Funds trader while pursuing his MBA at NYU’s Stern School of Business. After earning his degree in 1987, he joined Smith Barney’s OTC equities trading desk, gaining valuable experience in market dynamics and institutional trading. In 1990, Jason transitioned to independent commodity trading on the floor of the New York Board of Trade, where he specialized in futures and options, often making markets and advising fellow traders.
His deep market knowledge and analytical approach led many exchange members to seek his guidance on personal financial matters. This demand for trusted advice inspired Jason to launch his own advisory practice, where he could apply his expertise to help individuals navigate complex financial decisions.
Over the past decade, Jason has focused exclusively on working with individuals, families, and small businesses to craft personalized wealth strategies suited to today’s fast-changing economic landscape. Whether helping clients open their first investment accounts or structuring trusts for tax efficiency and generational wealth transfer, Jason emphasizes a collaborative approach. He works closely with clients to identify risks, evaluate potential returns, and align financial strategies with long-term life goals.
Jason brings a deep sense of commitment to every relationship, recognizing that the decisions made today will shape the financial well-being of his clients and their families for years to come.
In 2025, Derek Ralston joined Jason as a principal of the firm, marking a new chapter in its continued growth and client-focused mission.
